Refund policy

We hope you love our Trigg Scents products, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is damaged. You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged in transit.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return, back to your original payment method.

Please note: for hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns of used candles or melts.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
